November 14 marks World Diabetes Day, a global initiative to raise awareness about diabetes.
The campaign was first established in 1991 by the International Diabetes Federation and the World Health Organization (WHO) in response to the growing global prevalence of the disease.
Today, it is estimated that 537 million adults worldwide are living with diabetes—equivalent to 1 in 10 adults.
GLUMON contributes to advancing diabetes research by supporting the development of innovative, non-invasive technology for in-blood glucose measurements. By enabling improved monitoring and early detection of the disease, such efforts aim to support more effective and personalized diabetes care in the future.
